Fear not, we have a proprietary process that will help even the most confused of brides! :) Come prepared to "Say Yes to the Dress" with your VIP guests! Up to $50 in appointment fees can be credited toward your purchase within 30 days. No refunds in your reservation fee if canceled less than 72 hours prior to the appointment.

For Signature Bridal Appointment cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund of your reservation fee - Thank You! For Signature ++ Bridal Appointment cancellations, please contact us at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund of your reservation fee - Thank You! For VIP Bridal Party cancellations, please contact us at least 4 weeks ahead. Booking is non refundable (but eligible for store credit) if canceled in less than 4 weeks. Thank You!
